Daniel L. Greening, Esq. is Director of Global Recruiting, overseeing both permanent and contract attorney placement at all levels. After graduating with honors from Tulane University School of Law, Dan began his legal career as an Associate with AmLaw 100 firm Troutman Sanders LLP’s Commercial Litigation and International practice groups. Dan practiced law for nearly a decade before joining The Partners Group, gaining intimate knowledge of the legal industry. Dan brings a global perspective to his work: he earned a certificate in European Union law, has lived and worked extensively in Latin America and Europe, interned with the United Nations, and has traveled to more than fifty countries.
Dan has extensive experience recruiting attorneys for both companies and law firms of all levels, including handling the recent move of an AmLaw 100 Regional Department Chair; assisting with small, mid-market and AmLaw 100 firm expansions; and multiple in-house placements for a leading global technology company. Dan utilizes both his attorney and consulting acumen when undertaking the due diligence necessary for each unique search, and truly enjoys helping candidates, law firms and companies in finding that perfect fit.
