Shannan K. Rahman, Esq., is an Attorney Recruiting Director at The Partners Group. Shannan is primarily responsible for the recruitment of lateral attorneys and in-house counsels in law firms and corporations nationwide. A proven and successful legal recruiter, she has built relationships with many of the nation’s most respected law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Her clients rely on her ability to provide top quality legal talent in a time-sensitive manner, while creatively customizing staffing solutions for their specific needs and requirements.
Shannan holds her JD from Emory University School of Law and her BA, magna cum laude, from Colgate University. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia. Prior to joining The Partners Group, she was a Legal Recruiting Manager for a top national legal staffing firm and a Director of Business Development for a boutique legal staffing firm based in Atlanta. Shannan is fully integrated into the Atlanta legal community through personal relationships and volunteer legal work within the metro area. In her spare time, Shannan enjoys reading, international travel, all things pop-culture related, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
