Lateralattorneys.com is a national website presented by The Partners Group. It is devoted exclusively to the recruitment and placement of attorneys and paralegals with law firms and in-house legal departments. Our job openings identify career opportunities nationally. Our varied client base includes national law firms, regional law firms and boutique law firms as well as Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized companies, and start-up dot.com companies.
FEES:
Our clients pay all of our searches on a contingency or retainer basis. At no time will our candidates be requested to pay a fee for our services in helping them find new employment.
SCREENING PROCESS:
The recruiters in each of our offices are all former practicing attorneys and paralegals who worked at large full service law firms. As a result, they are able to intelligently discuss your background and experience and effectively evaluate which job openings fit your experience. Our recruiters will stay involved throughout the interview process. They will advise on resume format, what to expect during the interview process, personalities of the law firms/corporations, and assist in salary negotiations.
