TPG’s North Carolina office maintains brick-and-mortar in Charlotte, and serves both law firm and corporate clients in North and South Carolina, with relationships extending up into Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. The office focuses on direct-hire searches at both the associate and partner level, but also handles the recruitment of contract/temporary attorneys in order to help our clients manage peak workloads.
Our years of recruiting experience combined with our sensitivity to the pressures faced by both law firms and corporate legal departments allow us to conduct focused, finely tuned searches for the top legal professionals the market has to offer. We maintain relationships with an impressive list of law firms and corporations throughout the Carolinas and have assisted some of the region’s largest firms with their staffing needs. We also recognize that firms of all sizes play a part in today’s economy, and we can assist even mom-and-pop shops in identifying and securing top talent. We take the time to learn as much as possible about a given firm or legal department, and are then able to conduct focused, pointed searches based not just on practice skills and experience, but on personality and true ‘fit.’ We work closely with other TPG offices around the country to create a practice which is truly national in scope.
