- Extra computers, monitors, and related hardware are kept on-site to eliminate downtime from equipment failure
- Project staging areas with copiers, facsimile machines, and room to store boxes
- Telephone systems including assignable extensions and voicemail
- Secure VLAN with locked-down review stations (wired internet kiosks on a separate VLAN available to staff for breaks)
- After-hours heat and air conditioning is available for multiple shifts
