The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience handling cases from inception through all stages of the litigation process up through resolution. Candidates should have a strong interest in special education law and in ensuring that special needs children receive an appropriate education. Our client is seeking a candidate with excellent organization, writing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. The candidate should also be resourceful, a self-starter, and should have a team-oriented mentality.
