Our client is a well-established and reputed mid-size full-service law firm that is growing its Commercial Litigation team.  Ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience supporting businesses with matters such as contract disputes, business torts, construction, estate/fiduciary, landlord-tenant, creditors’ rights.  Modest book of business preferred. 

Must be licensed in VA.  Candidate should have experience handling independently deposition, motion practices and trials—with a real passion for the courtroom and client advocacy.
