DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL OF EMPLOYMENT FOR RAPIDLY EXPANDING HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (Dallas, TX)
Our client, a large privately held health care system, is seeking a Deputy General Counsel (Employment) to join its expanding legal team in Dallas. Candidate must have 8+ years of expertise handling employment matters, including advising Human Resources and extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws (i.e. Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc.). This hire will report directly to General Counsel. Strong preference for attorneys with experience/familiarity with the health care industry. The hired attorney will report directly to the General Counsel for the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast past environment. Attorneys coming from either a law firm or an in-house environment will be considered. Preference for local candidates, but relocation candidates will also be considered.
