Our client, a global transportation and logistics organization, has engaged us to identify an Associate General Counsel for their North American headquarters in Atlanta.  Qualified candidates should have 7+ years of commercial contracts expertise garnered in either an in-house legal or private practice setting.  Experience with construction, corporate governance, compliance, and/or litigation experience is highly desirable.   This is a true generalist role as the hired attorney will be involved in all legal matters impacting their North American operations.
