Our client, a mid-sized Atlanta based litigation firm, is seeking to add an associate to their expanding ranks. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience, specifically expertise taking and defending depos, responding to various pleadings, and managing discovery. 

The hired associate will support one of the busiest partners at the firm who boasts a unique array of clients and handles both litigation and transactional work for his clients.  As such, the hired associate will have the opportunity to work on litigation and transactional matters, while operating with great independence and in close communication with clients.
