Our client, a large provider of professional liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify a highly qualified trial attorney to help lead their recently launched in-house law firm in Florida.  The role will direct litigation and strategy on behalf of the insured parties, along with direct supervisory responsibility over junior trial attorneys on the team.  The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience, specifically first trial experience, with an emphasis on insurance and/or medical malpractice claims.   Candidates coming from either plaintiffs or defense side will be considered.  Qualified candidates must have demonstrated leadership skills/aptitude, in addition to a desire to mentor and train, and the ability to think “outside of the box”.
