Our client, a global transportation and logistics organization, has engaged us to identify a Corporate Counsel/Corporate Generalist for their North American headquarters in Atlanta.  Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of commercial contracts expertise garnered in either an in-house legal or private practice setting.  Experience with corporate governance, compliance, construction, and/or intellectual property is desirable.   This is a true generalist role as the hired attorney will be involved in all legal matters impacting their North American operations.
