Our client, a professional client services company, has engaged us to identify an Associate Corporate Counsel with 3-5 years of experience with general corporate transactional experience to join its growing legal team. Ideal candidates will have experience with corporate governance and contracts.  While a solid corporate/business law foundation is a must, candidates with additional T&E planning and/or private equity investments experience will be given priority consideration. The hired attorney will have direct client interaction and work closely with other departments, including Tax, Accounting, Investments and Real Estate. Candidate should have experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of contracts as well as with corporate formations and governance. Hired attorney will report to General Counsel.
