The Partners Group is currently recruiting a Due Diligence Coordinator/Transaction Manager/Paralegal for our burgeoning client, a real estate investment firm in Atlanta, GA. The firm is experiencing rapid growth and currently is seeking a professional to support the acquisition and development teams. The due diligence coordinator/transaction manager/paralegal will lead all internal diligence related matters following the purchase and sale agreement process including the physical due diligence and the closing process until ultimate turnover to asset/property management. This role includes maintaining timelines and closing checklists, responsibility for conducting all due diligence analysis as well as facilitating all paperwork, communication, and follow-up between all related external and internal parties. Ideal candidates will have between 3-5 years of industrial or commercial real estate transaction management; a BA or BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate; and proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of industrial real estate transactions including legal documentation, purchases/sales, due diligence, environmental due diligence, and title and escrow preferred. Strong quantitative skills and successful track record of working in an institutional, dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment that is results oriented is required.
