Our client, a national residential builder and developer, is seeking to hire a real estate attorney (minimum of 2+ years’ of experience) to assist with the management and coordination of all real estate related legal services for the region.  Qualified attorneys should have expertise with land acquisition, entitlement and development.   The hired attorney will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (including vendor and construction agreements), advising on regulatory and compliance issues, and coordinating with the team assigned to individual closings. Experience with single-family residential development is a plus, but not required.  Candidates coming directly from private practice, or an in-house environment will be considered.
