Our client, an established provider of professional liability insurance, has engaged us to identify a highly-qualified Senior Bad Faith Trial Attorney to lead the litigation efforts defending the company against bad faith/excessive exposure claims. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of litigation experience with an emphasis on bad faith litigation, including first chair trial experience. (Experience with professional liability preferred but not required). Candidates must have demonstrated negotiation, excellent communications skills, and team-centric emphasis, and the ability to think "outside of the box.” Attorney must be licensed to practice in Georgia and/or Florida. Hired attorney will report up to CLO.
