Our client, a large provider of professional liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify a highly qualified senior trial attorney to join their newly launched in-house law firm.  The hired attorney will directly represent healthcare providers and entities during litigation, at trial and before the Georgia Composite Medical Board.  The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of litigation experience with an emphasis on insurance and/or medical malpractice claims.  Second or first chair experience is desirable but not required.   Candidates coming from either plaintiffs or defense side will be considered.
