(EXCLUSIVE) TRIAL ATTORNEY/COUNSEL WANTED FOR LEADING INSURANCE PROVIDER – MEDICAL MALPRACTICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Florida – Remote)

Our client, a large provider of liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify a highly qualified junior trial attorney to join their in-house legal department.  The hired attorney will directly represent healthcare providers/physicians and entities during litigation, at trial and before the Florida Board of Medicine.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience with medical malpractice claims.  Candidates coming from either plaintiffs or defense side will be considered.
