Our client, an incredibly successful and rapidly growing Big-Law spin-off is seeking to hire a finance partner to join their expanding team.  Qualified candidates must have 8+ years of corporate finance experience in a large law firm setting.  Ideal candidates would have experience working with financial institutions, debt funds, private equity firms and corporate borrowers and experience advising clients on debt-financing transactions, experience in sponsor-led acquisition financings, structured financing, asset-based loans, cash flow-based facilities and other leveraged financings.  They would work with clients that are lending institutions, private equity firms and corporate borrowers in complex transactions involving senior secured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, subordinated debt financings, first-lien and second-lien financings, and recapitalizations.  Must be able to independently run transactions and manage associates.  This is an exceptional opportunity for the attorney who wants to work on market-leading, sophisticated and complex transactions, while unlocking his or her full potential.  This firm truly offers a chance to be a leader in your own future, without the restrictions of a large firm.  Compensation is extremely competitive and a portable book of business is not required.  While the firm is headquartered in Chicago, they are open to a candidate who wants to work 100% remote on a full-time basis from an alternate location.  For immediate consideration, please submit your resume to jobs@partners-group.com (for a full listing of our job posts, please visit us at http://www.partners-group.com/current-opportunities).
