(Fully Remote Position) ASSOCIATE WANTED FOR REAL ESTATE FORECLOSURE FIRM (Utah – Remote)

Our client, a multistate law firm focused on real estate matters for financial institutions, banks, and other lenders, is seeking to hire an Associate for their growing national team.  The hired associate must be licensed in and based out of Utah, but the role is fully remote.  Candidates must hold a JD and have 2+ years of foreclosure and real estate litigation experience.   The hired associate will work on pre-litigation and litigation cases with an emphasis on residential real estate, mortgage, foreclosure, title, and bankruptcy cases.  This is a fully remote position with some limited travel.  For consideration, please submit your resume at jobs@partners-group.com.
