Our client, a multistate law firm focused on real estate matters for financial institutions, banks, and other lenders, is seeking to hire an attorney for their growing national team.  This is a unique non-billable role as the hired attorney will assist with foreclosure matters but will also act as an in-house general counsel focusing on litigation and some transactional matters for one of the firm’s entities.   The hired associate must be licensed in CA but can be based out of the following states: CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, TX or WA.  5+ years of experience with litigation, real estate and/or mortgage law is required.  For consideration, please submit your resume at jobs@partners-group.com.
