This is a unique opportunity to join a small law firm as the strategic operations partner to the owner. Our client firm is people centric, growth orientated, and provides excellent legal services in the areas of family law, business law, probate law & estate planning, civil lit and criminal defense.
This Director of Operations will have significant discretion and broad responsibility for the management of Firm's business operations and will supervise all non-attorney employees. Specifically, the role will have ownership for the following areas: Budgeting/Financial Planning, Recruiting & HR, Comms & Strategic Planning, Marketing & Sales, Facilities, Operating Systems, SOPs & Process Improvement, and Auditing.
Desired candidates must have 1+ years of experience as an operational leader with +10M in annual budgetary responsibility, experience with client billing, bookkeeping, monthly P&L reporting, and quarterly reports. Must also have managerial experience and knowledge of all HR functional areas (recruiting, payroll and compensation, employee relations, etc.) Ideal candidate will have worked in a professional services industry and have supported leadership with sales and marketing, facilities, and process improvement.
