Our client, a preeminent, AmLaw200 law firm with a global reach, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4+ years of experience to join the Investment Services team in any of their US offices. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with registered investment companies and investment advisers, as well as experience with regulatory and compliance matters regarding federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933. Candidates should have the ability to play key roles in transactions related to investment company reorganizations or mergers, and experience with mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and independent trustees and directors. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, have prior experience in a sophisticated law firm environment, and must be admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
