Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with employment law, but litigation associates with a strong interest in labor and employment law will be considered. Candidates will also be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Experience with ESI discovery, employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred. Our client seeks candidates who are eager to use cutting edge technology platforms in order to educate clients and guide them through challenging moments with their business. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice in Arizona. This is an opening to join an intimate team and receive excellent mentorship and hands-on experience.
