Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking an associate or of counsel to join their Wage and Hour Litigation team in the firm’s rapidly growing Denver office.

The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of extensive experience with litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action claims.

Candidates will also be comfortable interpreting state and federal regulations, drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, and defending depositions. The firm is interested in candidates able to demonstrate a high level of writing proficiency, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
