Our client, a well-regarded privately owned company with North American Headquarters in Atlanta, has asked The Partners Group to identify an experienced employment counsel with 8+ years of experience to join their legal team. The hired attorney will report directly to the General Counsel, have direct reports, and will work closely with HR and Business Leaders providing advice and counsel on a range of employment and benefits matters, including Title VII, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, handling disputes and investigations, managing litigation, training, and drafting of employment as well as ERISA and Executive Compensation plans. Strong preference for candidates with prior in-house experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collegial global legal team.
