Our close client, one of the most prominent global firms, is seeking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to work with its International & Federal team within the Tax practice group in their Atlanta or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates need law firm experience structuring, negotiating, documenting, and advising multinational clients on the tax considerations related to domestic and cross-border transactions. The firm’s Tax practice group is ranked by Chambers, Vault, and Law360. The associate will have the opportunity to be part of a practice that provides advice to a broad range of Fortune 100 clients and multinational companies. Candidates should have experience planning transactions—acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and finance company arrangements—to achieve desired business objectives in the most tax-efficient manner. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, strong academic records, impressive communication abilities, confidence, self-motivation, a team-player mindset, and the ability to assume responsibility for matters in an active practice.
