MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE WANTED (Atlanta / Sandy Springs GA)

Our client, a large highly regarded litigation firm, is seeking to hire a litigation associate with 2 plus years of defense litigation experience for their small Atlanta office with a preference for some experience in insurance defense litigation.   Experience drafting motions, taking depositions and drafting discovery is required and some hearing or second trial experience is preferred.  Preference that at least some of the candidate's litigation experience should be in the insurance defense arena and the rest of the litigation experience can be in other complex civil litigation practice areas.  This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator to join a smaller office of a larger firm who would like more client interaction and responsibility.  The client is really looking for someone who can handle a case from start to finish so need to have enough experience and the ability to work autonomously to do so.  Position is mostly in-office but will go hybrid with 1 to 2 work from home days each week after the first 90 days of training.  Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive in.  For consideration, please submit your materials to jobs@partners-group.com.
