Our client, a boutique business law firm based in Atlanta, is seeking to hire a mid-senior level associate for their expanding team.  Litigation associates with 3+ of varied litigation will be considered, however previous commercial/business litigation experience is highly preferred.   Other civil litigation and insurance defense type backgrounds will be considered.  Must have experience taking depositions and attending court hearings.
