Our close client, an AmLaw 200 Firm, has asked our office to assist them in finding a business transactions/tax associate with 2+ years of experience to join its thriving Tampa offices.  Experience with complex business transactions, securities offerings, corporate finance, and/or joint ventures is ideal.  An LLM in Taxation is required.  Relocation candidates will be considered; however, Florida licensure is strongly preferred. The firm is shareholder heavy which allows associate direct access and a close relationship with partners along with clients.  Hybrid in office schedule allowed.  The firm boasts a fantastic culture, meaningful associate work, and the opportunity for advancement into partnership.
