Law FirmAtlanta, Georgia

Our client, an award-winning, Southeast-based AmLaw 200 firm, has asked for our assistance in identifying an experienced Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to assume a key leadership role within their growing Banking & Finance Department.  Firm is open to Associate, Counsel, or, if the hired lawyer is currently a Partner, a Non-Equity Partnership title.  A modest portable book of business is required for consideration (likely $300k+ depending on rates).  Work will involve in-depth representation of middle-market institutional lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate finance, and the hired lawyer will be expected to assume a key leadership role in managing and growing the department.  Traditional ‘dirt’ work in acquisition, development and disposition is an added plus, though finance work will be the focus.  The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of direct, on-point real estate lending / finance experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.  The hired lawyer will also be expected to engage in substantive business / client development efforts and to generate revenue for the firm, so personality and a client-centered approach are important.  Compensation is DOE and will include a base and bonus component, and the firm has been very successful in attracting lawyers from much larger regional and national firms.  GA bar membership, ability to waive in, or willingness to sit for the next available bar exam required.  For consideration please submit your resume to jobs@partners-group.com.  For a full listing of our open positions, please visit http://www.partners-group.com/current-opportunities).
