Our client, a long-established and highly regarded full-service law firm, is seeking a corporate associate for their expanding team.  Competitive candidates will have 1+ years of general corporate and M&A experience.  (Client will also consider more senior corporate associates.)  Hired associate will assist with M&A deals, managing transaction closings, and advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and collegial team, with little turnover and opportunity to have direct client interaction. No billable hour requirement.
