Our client, a privately held logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel for their growing operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of corporate experience, with preference for M&A and/or finance experience. Hired attorney will assist with a variety of acquisitions, leasing, strategic partnerships, and financing as well as negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. The attorney will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer. Our client is looking for candidates who are problem solvers, support-oriented, strategic, self-sufficient, and proactive. Must be a proven team player with strong communication skills. Company offers flexible hybrid work arrangements.
