Our client, a boutique full-service firm established by former BigLaw partners, is seeking to hire an Of Counsel or Junior Partner to work on a variety of transactional matters.  The hire can be based out either their Atlanta, Miami, or Los Angeles office. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of corporate experience in any of the following areas: M&A, financing, corporate governance, and commercial agreements, and/or technology agreements. No book of business is required.
