Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, has asked our office to assist them in finding a junior associate with 1+ year of experience to join their expanding ERISA/Employee Benefits Team. Hired associate can sit in Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, or Richmond with a slight preference for Charlotte or Philadelphia. Ideal candidate will have experience in any of the following areas: tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and equity-based compensation, health and welfare benefit plans; and experience with addressing issues related to employee benefits and executive compensation in business transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work as part of a close-knit practice group and to gain hands on mentorship. Partnership track opportunity, offering market compensation.
