Our close client, a global multinational firm, is seeking an Associate to work with their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice group in their Atlanta, Chicago, DC, or NYC offices. They are looking to add a team member to help clients navigate their most challenging employee benefits issues, including executive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA, and M&A. The Associate will join a supportive practice that provides advice on the full spectrum of matters within the employee benefits field for plan sponsors and plan service providers. Ideal candidates will possess 2-4 years of law firm experience, experience providing advice for M&A transactions, and a strong background in complex issues of executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. Strong academic records and communication abilities are required.
