Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm known for its exceptional culture and low turnover, is seeking a mid-level Energy Associate with 2+ years of transactional experience related to the generation and sale of electric power. Ideal candidates will have experience with project development and construction (PPA, Supply, EPC and the like). Candidates with other energy industry backgrounds will be considered as well as energy regulatory and litigation attorneys with strong interest in transactional practice.

Candidate can be based in either Atlanta or DC office.
