Our client, one of the top regional firms in the Carolinas, has asked for our assistance in identifying an experienced attorney – Associate or Partner - to assume a high-profile role within their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of dedicated experience in the areas of qualified & non-qualified plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation. Portable business is preferred for partnership consideration but is not required. Partner target hours 1,200; Associate 1,650. Very flexible with rates. Compensation is DOE, though the firm has the ability to craft a highly competitive package for those porting business (ideally $400k+). Relocation candidates are welcomed and assistance is provided. NC bar membership, ability to waive in, or willingness to sit for the next available bar exam required.
