Our client, a well-regarded international law firm with a vibrant Atlanta office, has engaged us to find a finance associate to support their business finance practice group. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of experience with varied finance transactions – expertise on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending and mid-market lending transactions is ideal. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a closely knit team on challenging transactions.  Both local and relocation candidates will be considered – candidates already admitted to practice in Georgia are preferred, but candidates willing to relocate and sit for the Georgia Bar exam will be considered.
