Our client, a full service top AmLaw 100 client is seeking an associate to join the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity Department. This associate may sit in any of the following offices: NYC, Baltimore, Charlotte, Charlottesville, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Dallas, Los Angeles (Century City), and Washington, DC. Qualified candidates will have 2-6 years of experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors on complex fund formation matters. Candidates will be involved in all aspects of the formation, structuring, capital raising, compliance, and ongoing management of alternative investment funds including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, evergreen funds, and other hybrid funds.
