Our client, a full service top AmLaw 100 client is seeking an associate to join the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group in their Richmond, VA office. This practice group has been ranked by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Legal Elite, and Super Lawyers as among the top providers in the nation. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of FDA regulatory compliance experience, including product development, product approvals, labeling, inspections, manufacturing, recalls, 483 responses, adverse event management, contract drug manufacturing, quality agreements, DSHEA experience, FDCA experience, FTCA experience, etc. Candidates should also have experience with the Tobacco Control Act, State Board of Pharmacy regulations, pharmaceutical IPOs, cannabis licensure, and advising in litigation adjacent roles in life sciences. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment, healthcare experience, FDA, or life sciences company is particularly favored. Applicants should be admitted to practice in Virginia.
