Our client, a national AmLaw 100 firm, has asked for our assistance in identifying am IP associate for their offices in either Charlotte, North Carolina or Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution and an undergraduate degree in engineering.  The hired candidate will assist in helping to write and file utility and design patent applications and pursue corresponding U.S. and foreign patent protection, as well as perform freedom-to-operate analyses and write opinions of counsel.  Must be licensed in NC or MN and admitted/eligible to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.  The firm has experienced explosive growth over the past several years, and boasts a high rate of attorney satisfaction with very little attrition; they are also recognized for their young and diverse partnership.  For consideration, please contact jobs@partners-group.com.
