Our client is a mid-size full-service law firm that is growing its Labor and Employment team by adding a L&E attorney with 2+ years of relevant experience. This L&E practice group supports businesses across all industries, along with governmental entities.   

Candidate should have in depth experience with the L&E alphabetical soup (Title VII of the CRA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, NLRA).  Successful candidate will also have experience in providing counseling to clients on L&E federal and state laws, drafting employment policy and agreements, defending administrative charges, and defending L&E matters in federal and state court. VA license required and additional state licenses are a plus.
