Qualified candidates will have between 1-6 years of litigation experience with preference for financial services and/or class action experience. Prior federal judicial clerkship highly desired. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and preference for candidates already licensed to practice in Virginia.
