Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm is growing its Labor & Employment team. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of litigation experience (preferably defense side on employment cases). The candidate should also have experience conducting employment investigations, responding to charges of discrimination, conducting legal research, and drafting experience. Class action defense experience and traditional labor experience is a plus.
