Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm is growing its Labor & Employment team.  Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of relevant California L&E experience in a top 100 law firm setting working on defense of wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions. The candidate should also have experience defending single-plaintiff employment cases with partner and/or senior attorney oversight. FLSA collective action experience and experience advising clients on California labor and employment issues is preferred.  In addition to relevant experience, candidates should have strong academic credentials and advocacy skills, and must be licensed to practice in the U.S. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic practice group that gets to work on diverse and interesting matters of significance.
