Our client, an AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney for the firm’s National Client Service Center (“NCSC”). This is a non-partnership track position with a lower billable hour requirement, a more predictable schedule, and is ideal for someone seeking to perform sophisticated work at a national firm without expectations for business development. Labor & Employment attorneys are part of the larger non-partner group which benefits from regular development and training programs, an excellent benefits package, and opportunities for personal and professional involvement. Responsibilities include labor and employment administrative (EEOC, etc.) and court litigation tasks, advice and counsel, investigation, policy drafting, traditional labor, and more. Candidates should have at least 3 years of labor and employment law experience and must be admitted to the Ohio bar. Other bar admissions, such as CA and NY, are preferred, but not required. Candidates must also be in Columbus, OH, and be able to work at least 3 days a week onsite.
