Our client, a leading multi-office law firm and one of the oldest firms in Michigan, is growing its complex commercial litigation team in Grand Rapids, MI. The associate may also assist offices across Michigan, in New York City, and Washington, D.C. as needed. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of litigation experience including drafting pleadings, conducting research, attending hearings, conducting depositions, advising clients, and providing high-level support to partner-level litigation attorneys during all phases of litigation. In addition to relevant experience, candidates should have strong academic credentials and/or work experience in similar settings. Candidates must also be graduates of accredited law schools and be admitted to practice law in Michigan OR have the ability to obtain admission upon commencement of employment.
