Our client, the Florida office of a highly regarded, full-service regional firm, has asked for our assistance in identifying an experienced litigation associate (3+ years) to join its thriving practice.  Responsibilities will include all manner of long-term healthcare facility representation, including reviewing medical records and charts, determining pre-existing conditions, analyzing provider actions re: standard of care, taking statements, overseeing site visits, and the preparation and pursuance of litigation defense.  As needed, will also involve employment discrimination and whistleblower defense, and assistance with any regulatory proceedings and administrative actions.  Will work one-on-one with the office Managing Partner and will be given afforded a high degree of autonomy with respect to case management.  Compensation is market value for this location and practice area, and will include a base and bonus component.  No billable hour requirement is mandated, and most associates bill in the range of 1600+ hours.
