The Dallas office of our client, a premier AMLAW 60 law firm, is looking for a mid-level associate with substantive debt financing experience to join the Corporate Department. Ideal candidates should have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers, both in senior and subordinated debt financings, involving asset-based or cash flow credit facilities and leading significant portions of those transactions.
